Conditions for the event were fantastic and couldn’t have been better as the competitors and spectators alike were blessed with sunny skies and solid 3 – 5’ swell. Pro DK final was a heat worthy of a spectator fee in itself. As the Pro DK riders continued to unveil their entire arsenal of next level DK maneuvers linking massive barrels with snaps, floaters, spins and aireal combination that created a buzz throughout the entire day and event. Claiming the victory and $ 500.00 check was another Salt Creek local Shaun Conboy who edged out Jeff Vycital 2nd , Jake Minnehan 3rd , and Joe Grodzen 4th .

The female division final was compiled of 3 former and defending tour champs setting the stage for an exciting final. Another salt Creek Local Tara Parsons also proved local knowledge was a key component and tremendous advantage as Tara picked off the biggest, cleanest waves of the final while boosting and landing very impressive rolls to claim the Victory beating out defending champ Natasha Overin in 2nd . Luke Overin took the victory in the youth over 2nd place Mason Bender in a major display of courage and skills as the boys were out in conditions a bit over the heads. Juniors division was won by Ryan Colle over Jacob Caruso 2nd.

The Mens final witnessed a battle between tour Champ Dusty Brizolara and Sean Evans with Brizolara earning an impressive TKO with Evans in 2nd.
