Andy Ward is the first kitesurfer to complete the cross from the Channel Islands to the coast of England.

The British kitesurfer from Dorset departed from Alderney and arrived in Poole, where he lives.

Ward made the 70 nautical mile race in almost six hours in aid of the Special Boat Service Association (SBSA).

He raised £3,000 so far. Congratulations to Andy Ward and his achievement.
