Kristin Boese: unstoppable kitesurfer

The KB4girls 2010 World Tour as it moves around the world is reaching out to the female kiteboarders in the South of Europe.

The Mediterranean village of St. Pere Pescador in the Catalonia region North of Barcelona near the French boarder was included into the calendar to cater to the Spanish as well as French girls and promises to be a very multicultural female kiteboarding camp.

Participants will have the chance to improve their kiteboarding and get to meet new friends in sport. She will also be joined at the clinic by amazing pro rider Ania Grezlinska from Poland who now calls Spain her second home.

“To have an event in the South of Europe be part of our KB4girls tour was very important to me as female kiteboarding in Spain, France and also Italy is growing quickly. I am very happy about the huge interest in this event and truly excited to be kiting with all the Spanish and French girls. I just hope my linguistic knowledge will be good enough to teach everything I want to pass on.” says Kristin Boese, organizer of KB4girls

Enrico Zanvettor, Pure Action Sports Area Manager: “I think the KB4girls event in St. Pere Pescador is a very interesting opportunity for the girls in Barcelona and surroundings to get together and meet each other. The spot is great for learning and hopefully the wind is going to be with us too. I am sure it is going to be a great
weekend.”

With the local supported of Ballena Alegre Camping, POPKITE, Pure Action Sports and Best Kiteboarding this event will not only offer a great opportunity for girls to improve their kiteboarding skills but also a great all around program on and off the water.
