Dr. Sarah Ellis, Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Certified Personal Trainer, has published "Kiteboarding Workout and Nutrition Guide".
The book has over 75 different exercises and a full nutrition plan. Avoid injuries, strengthen, protect and prevent pain and injury associated with kiteboarding. With over ten years of training experience, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge to the health and wellness field.
She holds two degrees: a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MUSC and a Bachelors in Rehabilitation Science from Clemson University.
Along with her educational background, Sarah spent several years as a collegiate athlete competing in track and field and is now a sponsored kiteboarder for Air Company.
