The 2013 PKRA season is preparing to unveil the first ever Slalom World Championship, as a premier kiteboarding discipline.
This means that racers are not bound by any gear restrictions and each racer is able to optimize his gear. It will be a test to the multiple kiteboarding industry manufacturers. Slalom kiteboarding races will get all riders close together, with spectators always know who is winning and what it will take from the rest of the fleet to steal the lead. In 2013, the Slalom discipline will be represented in five continents and six countries. Mexico, Turkey, Germany, Morocco, China and Australia. Provisional schedule of the 2013 PKRA Slalom World Tour: Mexico | May 9-12 |
