Austin Keen has conquered the 2013 Oktoberfest, in Newport Beach, California, to claim the 2013 United Skim Tour title.

The last event of the world skimboarding season was critical for Austin Keen. Sam Stinnett and Keen were in a neck and neck race for the 2013 UST title, as both placed nearly identically in Vilano and Santa Cruz.

Only them could define the first two places in the overall rankings. The 2013 Oktoberfest promised to be an exciting event and it really was.

Keen took out Men's Pro division and secured the 2913 world title for his trophy room, with an inverted 360 Superman air, in the final. Sam Stinnett finished third in Newport Beach, while Brandon Sears was runner-up.

Keiao Gucwa-Bucasas, 26, is also the world's first pro female skimboarding champion, as the 2013 United Skim Tour run three stages for the women.
