Description
Le groupe Quiksilver (2.500 personnes en Europe), leader sur son marché, rassemble autour de valeurs fortes des personnes animées par la passion des sports de glisse. Nous recrutons un(e) Responsable de Gamme / Acheteur(se) Retail H/F.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Opérations Retail et en s’appuyant sur les informations fournies par le Responsable Planification des Achats et en relation avec les Brand Managers, il/elle détermine la gamme de produits de nos magasins.
 
 
Fonctions
Partie Achats
Il/ Elle détermine, en relation avec le responsable Planification Achats Retail, la gamme des produits présents dans nos magasins (Quiksilver).
Il/ Elle anime les réunions de pré-sélection, réunions qui permettent de faire un debrief produits de la saison écoulée.
Il/ Elle participe au choix des produits Marketing, produits sur lesquels la marque va communiquer (dans les vitrines notamment).
En relation avec les brand managers et les designers, Il/ Elle détermine une pré-sélection de produits qui va constituer notre gamme.
Il/ Elle réalise des visites régulières des marchés sur lesquels nous sommes implantés et anime, à cette occasion, des réunions de debrief avec les responsables magasins et les Retail Managers.
Il/ Elle travaille de façon conjointe avec les designers et les brand manager pour faire évoluer les collections en fonction des besoins du retail et des tendances, dont il est à l’écoute.
 
Autres
Formation : Il/ Elle met en place des formations produits à l’attention des équipes magasins (video, Documents papier…).
 
 
Expérience de 5 à 7 ans exigée.
 
De formation supérieure commerciale ou textile de type Bac + 4 / + 5 (Ecole de Commerce, DESS Marketing ou Ingénieur Textile), vous possédez une bonne connaissance du secteur textile et une sensibilité produits. Maîtrise de l’anglais impérative.
