Kalon Surf is a new Luxury Surf School in Dominical, Costa Rica – which is to be opened in May/June 2011 (but we are hiring now).

We are not your typical surf school; we provide quality, service and comfort in everything we do. Lessons, materials (several international partners), lodging are all at a very high level & eco friendly where possible.
 
We are now looking for someone with ambition, who is reliable, dependable and has of course a passion for Surf. You will be the main surf instructor; hiring, coordinating and managing potential other surf instructors. You also will be involved and eventually managing most of the surf operations, the surf classes, theory, the video analysis sessions, etc.
 
As it is a new company and a new job, you will be able to shape the job to your liking. More responsibilities and Opportunities possible in the future.
