A leading international player in women’s sports fashion apparel, footwear and accessories is looking for a Sales Manager to take the reins of their successful UK business.

Reporting to the European Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for developing and implementing the UK & Ireland sales strategy, and identifying and securing new channels of distribution across fashion & lifestyle retail accounts, to drive profitability and manage a team.

With a genuine passion for sports & fashion, an understanding of trends and knowledge of the UK fashion market, you will have exceptional commercial sales experience and will relish the chance to join an international business and play a lead role in the success of Roxy. Proven leadership and people management skills are essential as well as a strong contact base with retailers. A proven track record of success and the ability to work within a multi-national organisation is essential.

Commercially astute you must have strong analytical, presentation and business skills especially in reporting. This is a fun, innovative and fast growing brand that needs a dedicated individual keen to make an impact.
