Jack McCoy, the iconic surf movie director of "Blue Horizon", joined Bali Strickland and Eugene Tan to capture the intense images of a neon night surfing session, at Bondi Beach, in Australia.
Colors invaded the warm waters of the legendary surf beach, as 17 surfers enjoyed the custom made glow-in-the-dark surfboards and wetsuits made for the occasion. Watch the neon night surfing highlights.
The event was held to mark the first day of summer in the land of kangaroos. Channel 10's Bondi Rescue lifeguards, Corey Oliver and Andrew Reid, were among the surfers taking part.
Fortunately, there were great surfing conditions for all to share the stoke and the sparkling colors of the neon technology. The neon night surfing session was organized by a brand of dry cider.
The wetsuits and surfboards were wired with coloured neon tubes. Thousands of spectators watch the glowing spectacle and everyone was anxious to watch the final footage from Jack McCoy.
