Zicatela: the boys are back to the pit

The Association of Professional Bodyboarders (APB) had launched the provisional schedule for the 2014 APB World Tour.

While the IBA World Tour is on hold, the bodyboarding fans and athletes gather around the newly launched APB World Tour.

The first event of the season was the Pipe Challenge. The contest was run in average wave and technical conditions. Nevertheless, it was successfully concluded and won by Ben Player.

Now, it's time to move on. The world's best bodyboarders will travel to Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Portugal, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Panama and the Canary Islands.

For unknown reasons, Australia is out of the schedule. The official calendar will still be release, but 10 competitions are surely enough to crown a champion.
