2010 Arica Chilean Challenge: incredible bodyboarding

Saturday saw the round 6 man-on-man heats hit the water for the IBA Arica Chilean Challenge 2010. The sets were pumping with 6 to 8 feet with the perfection of Arica.

The current world champion Jeff Hubbard again made an outstanding performance and won his heat against the Portuguese Gastão Entrudo.

Dave Winchester, Jake Stone and Ben Player had solid presentations and didn't had trouble in winning their heats and advancing to the quarter-finals.

The closest heat was between the Brazilians Guilherme Tâmega and Uri Valadão. Guilherme was winning the heat until the last 5 seconds when a set came and Uri got barreled and backfliped to his victory on the 6x world champion.

Tomorrow (Sunday) the IBA Arica Chilean Challenge continues to crown the new Arica Chilean Challenge Champion.
