2010 Peruvian Inka Challenge: harsh landing

The third day of the Peruvian Inka Challenge was by far the most exhausting day for the competitors.

Two rounds of heats were surfed at the biggest and most difficult day at Chilca. The waves where heavy and with a strong current making the competitors work on their time limit.

"There are some ramps and good waves but there are also many close outs making things a bit hard."Said the Australian Michael Novy who advanced to the quarter finals.

The Peruvian Inka Challenge is the 5th stop of the IBA world tour 2010 and gives out 1000 points for the men division and 2000 points for the drop knee division.
