Alex Uranga: too shy to show his happy smile

Alex Uranga has conquered the Nissan Reunion Bodyboard Pro Trials after winning a stunning final. With this result, Uranga is in a great position for next year's Grand Slam Series, with 4000 points.

The bodyboarder from the Basque Country, Spain, defeated Emmanuel Caro, Sergio Alonzo and Jeff Desnoes in the Trials final heat. Sam Bennett (Australia), Matt Meyer (USA), Mathieu Visto (Reunion), Maxime Gateaud (France) and Pierre Barthelier (Reunion) will join him in the the main event of the Nissan Reunion Bodyboard Pro 2011.

The contest will be opened with an Expression Session and a big crowd will roll up and watch the Pro's free surfing. Expect autographs and free stuff, from 10am.
