Ralf: a backpack made of upcycled kitesurfing kites

Nukak presents a new bag made of an innovative material: recycled kitesurfing sails.

Ralf is the new kite backpack that features a combination of daring colors and lightness and, thanks to its resistance and flexibility, it has multiple uses.

Ralf is versatile and very useful for both urban use and weekend getaways, for your day-to-day life or your kitesurfing adventures.

Nukak is a brand born in Barcelona, Spain, at the end of 2016. It was created by Patricio Abreu, founder of Vaho, and Pedro Ribosa, a multimedia professional.

The name of the brand is inspired by the Nukak Maku, the last nomad tribe living in the wild Colombian jungle. The group is known for giving a second life to materials in disuse.

Bicycle and truck tire tubes, kitesurfing sails and advertising banners get the opportunity to extend their life cycle and become bags and unique accessories.

The brand is committed to researching new upcycled materials and is constantly searching for elements that may have a second life. All bags, backpacks, and accessories are handmade in a local production center, and have as main goal to become the life companions of their owners, either in their daily life or any nomad adventure.

Nukak has several distribution points, and it has brand owned shops in Barcelona and franchises in Alicante, Bilbao, Girona, and Seoul. The distribution in multi-brand channels is focused on Europe and Asia.
