Aymeric Martin, Nicolas Gilomen, Manuela Jungo, and Isabel Von Zastrow claimed the four wildcards on offer for the upcoming 2018 Triple-S Invitational.

The event will take place between June 2-8 in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, and showcases the world's best progressive wake-style kiteboarders putting their skills to the test on slider and kicker features.

The 12th Annual Wind Voyager Triple-S Invitational will feature 24 male riders and 10 female athletes from all corners of the planet.

The winner of the 2018 Wind Voyager Triple-S Invitational wildcard competition is French rider, Aymeric Martin. His video submission included inversions off the kicker, bidirectional 720s, and technical slider hits.

The runner-up is Nicolas Gilomen, a kiteborder from Switzerland who impressed the judges of the Triple-S Invitational with a creative collection of tricks off of kickers, and impressive moves on the slider and rails.

Manuela Jungo created the best female video. Her performance featured a heel back 5, several technical slider hits, and rare double handle passes.

Last but not least, Isabel Von Zastrow secured a tasty spot on the main event with her fast approach and confident landings. She returns for the second consecutive year to the Triple-S Invitational via wildcard competition.

All wildcards were picked based on park-style riding and never based on video editing skills, lifestyle, and pretty faces. Four additional spots - two for men, and two for women - will be decided after the Open competition.

Brad Spencer, Annissa Flynn, and Daniel Tarapchak have taken out the 2018 World Flowboarding Championships, in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
