Brandon Scheid: water and snow kiteboarder

North Carolina-based kiteboarder Brandon Scheid is the latest addition to Liquid Force’s esteemed international team of kiteboarders.

Brandon’s riding has really caught the attention of the kiting community over the past couple of years. This past year he took second place overall at the Triple S with his powerful wake style tricks and smooth rail riding. Brandon also placed second overall at the King of the Great Lakes in Muskegon, Michigan.

“Brandon is an amazing rider and ambassador for kiteboarding; he has a super stylish and aggressive riding style that blends with Liquid Force perfectly,” said Gary Siskar, Liquid Force’s kiteboarding brand manager. “Plus, he is one of the most friendly and approachable riders out there. We are couldn’t be happier to have him in the Liquid Force family.”

For 2010, Brandon plans to continue pushing the envelope in flat-water kiteboarding and most recently snow kiting.

His event schedule includes the Liquid Force Snow Kite Tour in Utah, as well as coaching this season at Real Kiteboarding in Waves, North Carolina. His steady work ethic and determination should lead to new innovative tricks and make Brandon a force to watch for years to come!

Whether you think of a kite as a wing or a sail, you want it to be lightweight, resistant, waterproof, but also stiff and flexible at the same time, so that they could respond to all flight requests.
