Paris: one of the greatest kite spots in the world

Everyone has dreams and everyone has the right to make them come true. That's what moves Jeremie Eloy, a kiteboarder born in Bois-Grenier, in the North of France.

Eloy has simply tried something completely new. He had a wonderful snow kiteboarding session under the Eiffel Tower, right in the middle of Paris. He had the feeling that what he doing was not absolutely safe and legal, but he didn't want to hurt anyone. Having fun should be obliged.
