Aaron Hadlow: lovely white boots

Aaron Hadlow, UK's kiteboarding magician, and a few friends have returned to Fuerteventura, one of world's leading wind capitals.

After competing over in the USA in the Triple-S and the Ro-Sham Rail Jam kite contests, Hadlow took Tom Court, Sam Light and James Boulding to test new wonder tricks.

There was another goal: the Fuerteventura Rail Project 2.0. The idea was to build a brand new rail and score some footage for their upcoming DVD movie.

Despite the speedy lagoons all over the island of Fuerteventura, the focus was on riding the rail and doing some flat tricks along the way.

The British crew did an amazing job. Here is a little preview of some of the scenes which will be featured in the DVD release on iTunes, in 2012.

Rob Bain, Layne Beachley, and Dave Macaulay have taken out the Azores Airlines World Masters Championship in the Grand Masters, Women's Masters and Men's Masters divisions held in good three-foot surf at Praia de Santa Barbara.
