Raimana Van Bastolaer: who lost this kite?

When a kite is lost in the middle of the Teahupoo highway, there is going to be trouble. The Tahitian goddess is awaken, again, weeks after the epic swell of mid-May.

We've seen bodyboarders charging hard in this pit, but kites are rare in overwhelming days. The truth is that Tamatoa Gillot decided to ride with helping hand of the wind.

After completing his ride, the kiteboarder left his kite at "The End of the Road". As Raimana Van Bastolaer approached like a bullet, drama sets its camp in the Teahupoo mountains.

The experienced Raimana is not able to jump over the kite and collision takes place. The picture speaks for itself like a proverb. Are surfers and kiteboarders the eternal adversaries?

Fortunately, Raimana Van Bastolaer came out fine and injury-free from the trap set by Tamatoa Gillot. Conclusion: never lose a kite at "The End of the Road".
