Florian Gruber: course race master at 19

Florian Gruber is the new member the Ozone kiteboarding team.

The 19-year-old German rider will have a busy 2014 season riding under the new sponsor, but he will be sailing the 2013 IKA Kite Course Race World Championships, in China.

"After that I'll head to Australia for some more competitions. The timetable for 2014 is not yet fixed, but for sure I'll give it a go for all important national and international events", explains Gruber.

Floria started kiteboarding 10 years ago, but he is also a keen snowboarder, skiier and windsurfer.

Gruber's homespot is Altmühlsee/Brombachse. His favorite kite spots are Tarifa and Bayerische Seen.

Finn McGill and Vahine Fierro claimed the 2017 World Surf League (WSL) World Junior Championship at Bombo Beach, New South Wales, Australia.
