Kari Schibevaag: Norwegian power

Kari Schibevaag will be riding for the RRD International kiteboarding team.

Whether she's in the big waves or the snowy slopes, Kari Schibevaag is a multiple time world champion. Now, the freestyle and wave kiteboarder will join RRD in this new stage of her life.

"I am really happy to be in the team and I'm enjoying riding the gear in South Africa now. It's a great team, with great equipment and a lot of nice people. I am really happy to be in RRD," says the Norwegian kite rider.

Kari Schibevaag is considered one of the most influential kiteboarding women in the world. She has been competing in snow kiting and classic kitesurfing.

Nowadays, the blonde rider is spending more and more hours in the waves, and spreading the love for kiteboarding through kite clinics in the best locations around the world.

Finn McGill and Vahine Fierro claimed the 2017 World Surf League (WSL) World Junior Championship at Bombo Beach, New South Wales, Australia.
