Austrian Kiteboarding Championships: three days, three wind conditions

The Austrian Kiteboarding Championships have successfully been concluded. The kiteboarding competitions were held on the Neusiedler See.

The weather conditions were not perfect, but the organization and the athletes did their very best to reach the final standings.

On the first day, cold water and south winds.

On the second day, the light wind turned to East. Finally, the third day brought crazy conditions, with strong gusty onshore winds that made impossible the task of securing buoys for racing.

Michael Schitzhofer and Cosima Blasy won the Freestyle competition.
