The Bluff: come on, fishermen, be fair

Kitesurfing has strong chances of being allowed in the Cornwall, UK, after a three-year ban.

The sport might be seen again in Hayle Harbour, "The Bluff", owned by INR Real Estate. Kitesurfing was banned because of complaints by local fishermen.

Discussion meetings are underway to draw a new code of conduct and a six-month trial period can start in June.

The Hayle Harbour mouth is a fantastic flat-water spot for Cornish kitesurfers and windsurfer.
