Louis Tapper: he did it!

Louis Tapper has successfully kitesurfed the 2000 kilometers of Brazil's coast to set a new world record for the longest kitesurfing journey.

Tapper concluded the adventure in 30 days, landing at Praia do Meio Beach.

"I am pleased to finish and somewhat relieved. I am looking forward to doing some stress-free kiting and waking up late", said Tapper after finishing this tiring adventure.

On the last day, Louis Tapper sailed 40 kilometers in open water relaxing cross.

Besides breaking the world record, the kitesurfer raised money for the Surf Aid charity, inspired people to try kitesurfing, and pushed himself physically and mentally.
