SUP Kiting: no excuses to leave your girl

Brendan Richards, Senior Vice President of Demo Operations for Caution Kiteboarding, has published a fascinating article about a new possibility in kitesurfing.

That's Stand-Up Kiting (SUK). The idea might seem ridiculous at first glance.

But, remember, how do you feel when there's almost no wind, your girl/boy is alone on the beach, and you simply have nothing to do.

Richards experienced riding a 15m kite with a SUP board in 5-8 knots of wind. And he really enjoyed it.

Of course, it is not as intense as riding small boards at high speed, but who cares. You're having fun.

1. Start on your knees with small power strokes;

2. Sink the upwind rail;
