Sky Brown is one of the most talented skateboarders in the history of the sport.

She is revolutionizing the way riders use their boards and raising the level of female skateboarding to unprecedented heights.

Sky's style and technicality are impressive even when compared to experienced, professional male athletes.

The British-Japanese prodigy follows her instinct - only - and sees no limits to her performance.

Whether Sky launches herself in the air at a bowl or pulls the most complex tricks in the street, the supernatural talent leaves no one unimpressed.

In other words, her progression is continuously going through the roof, fueled by the interaction between her surfing and skateboarding styles.

Trying hard and getting injured have never stopped Sky from pushing her limits to uncharted territories.

"I don't give up because I don't want anything to beat me," she once said.

But Sky is much more than a rare, talented skater - she is a great human being.

Her smile is instantly contagious, and her humbleness and generosity are heartwarming. If the world had more people like her, our lives would probably be more meaningful.

Here's everything you need to know about Sky Brown, the skateboarder who defies gravity and the sport itself.
