Skim USA has released the full schedule for the 2017 tour.

The new skimboarding season features five stages and kicks off March 11, 2017. Skim USA is a youth-oriented circuit exclusively focused on the East Coast scene.

The organization has been running for more than three decades and funds a small scholarship program that awards young riders with superior academic performances.

Kyle Calandra and Ellen Wood won the 2016 Pro division titles. The 2017 Skim USA Tour will hold events in five East Coast states - Florida, Virginia, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Delaware.

Riders of all ages and experience levels will compete in the following divisions: Mini, Menehune, Boys, Girls, Junior Men and Junior Women, Men and Women, Senior Men, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Masters, Semi-Pro, Pro Men and Pro Women.

The season's grand finale takes place at Dewey Beach with the Zap Pro/Am World Championships of Skimboarding, in August.
