Cavite Skimfest III: Philippine riders shine in the town of Rosario

Nonong Ricafrente, the Mayor of Rosario, was amazed by the popularity of the board sports show featured at the La Isla Bonita de Salinas resort.

Local riders have installed several kickers and sliders in a flat water area to organize a very successful Cavite Skimfest III.

Kelvin Mark David conquered the skimboarding event, Mozer Smith placed second, Jhay ar Ocfemia was third and Basti Topacio stood in fourth place.
