"Time Well Spent" is a fabulous documentary about four young surfers who had a tough childhood.

Surfer-filmmaker James Fazio invites Kross Brodersen (Hawaii), Henry McAlvany (Indonesia), Declan Bradley (Australia), and Yeferson Bellido (Peru) to embark on the first surf trip of their lives.

They all lived through emotional and physical abuse and abandonment. However, surfing has always kept these souls grounded and hopeful.

"Time Well Spent" is an emotional rollercoaster in which the boys let their thoughts, fears, and desires go with the flow.
