David Beckham was pictured learning how to surf under the guidance of his eldest son, Brooklyn, in 2011.
In that year, the soccer prodigy was also seen catching waves with his children and family friend Gordon Ramsay, in Malibu.
Beckham was born on the 2nd May, 1975, in London. He started his career in Manchester United, at only 17 years old, and in the team he won six Premier League titles, two FA Cups and the UEFA Champions League.
In 2003, he signed with Real Madrid, where he stayed for four seasons and won one national championship and one Supercopa de España. In 2007, he moved to the US to play for the Los Angeles Galaxy.
David Beckham was also part of the England’s national team, where he was captain for six years.
Beckham was the highest paid footballer in the world in 2004. He retired in 2013, after a successful 20-year-long career.
