Adam Sandler is a surfing celebrity

American actor and comedian Adam Sandler was seen taking a surfing lesson in Malibu, in 2009.

Two years earlier, in 2007, he had also participated in a fund raising initiative for the "Life Rolls On Foundation", in which Paris Hilton paid almost $20000 for the opportunity to surf with him and Jesse Billauer.

Adam Sandler was born on the 9th September, 1966, in Brooklyn, New York.

He began his career in stand-up comedy, while attending New York University.

In 1984, Sandler was casted for "The Cosby Show" and in 1990, he became a writer, and soon also a performer, for "Saturday Night Live".

The famous actor went on to films in the 1990s and starred in comedies like "Billy Madison", "The Wedding Singer", "The Water Boy", "Anger Management", "50 First Dates" or "You Don't Mess With the Zohan".

Adam Sandler also owns the successful television production company "Happy Madison Productions".
