Twenty thousand surf fans watched Filipe Toledo conquer the O'Neill SP Prime 2014, at Praia de Maresias, Brazil.

The Brazilian wonder boy was the standout surfer of the event with his full arsenal of aerial moves. He claimed the three highest scores of the event, including a perfect 10-point ride, and earned the highest heat total of the competition with a 19.63.

"I'm so stoked and so happy with the size of the crowd here. They've been coming out all week long, and I could feel their support from the water. I'm so thankful for everything that's happened this week," expressed Toledo.

"I surfed well in all of my heats; I got high scores and having my family here with me has been extra special. Winning the Prime event in California was amazing, but this was one of the best contests I've ever surfed in."

Filipe Toledo is already qualified for the 2015 World Surf League. Jack Freestone and Joan Duru have entered the Top 10 on the ASP Qualifying Series rankings. The Haleiwa and Sunset events will decide who's in and who's out.
