Troy Mothershead: hey judges, look what I'm doing | Photo: Noosa Festival of Surfing

Troy Mothershead has taken out the 2015 Joel Tudor Duct Tape Invitational, held in good-to-epic longboarding conditions at Noosa Heads, in Australia.

Cross-stepping, noseriding and switching stance. Joel Tudor's groundbreaking Duct Tape Invitational saw the world's best longboarders trading waves at classic First Point, Noosa.

Have you got seven minutes and 19 seconds? Right. Take a look at how 16 surfers ride waves together, with no paddle battles or heat tactics. They say Noosa is the best spot; and you couldn't ask for a better wave height and shape.

Loggers are happy, spectators are pleased. Of the 16 invitees, only Ryan Burch, Tyler Warren, Troy Mothershead and Alex Knost made it to the final of the 2015 Joel Tudor Vans Duct Tape Invitational.

The informal judging panel ended up picking Troy Mothershead as the grand winner of the 10th Duct Tape Invitational. Time for a round of beers and celebrations.
