She's back. The most inspiring female surfer of all time announced the release of "Bethany Hamilton: Unstoppable."

The new documentary movie by Lieber Films promises to detail the life and outstanding surfing career of one of the most popular athletes in North America.

"Unstoppable" was shot in Hawaii and will reveal Hamilton's complete and untold story from childhood into motherhood. According to the surf star, the film will share the ups and downs of her professional career.

The project, previously known as "Surfs Like a Girl," was shot in Hawaii, Tahiti, Maldives, and Indonesia. It unveils all the secrets behind Bethany's post shark attack recovery, and the emotional, spiritual and physical challenges of becoming a mother.

Bethany Hamilton is the most active author-surfer of her generation. She has inspired multiple movies, including "Soul Surfer," and wrote multiple life coaching and biographical books.

With this new movie, the young Hawaiian wants to open a new chapter in her life and get people to see her from a different perspective, less focused on being portrayed as a shark attack victim.

"Bethany Hamilton: Unstoppable" will premiere Summer 2017. Are you a Bethany Hamilton fan? Explore her most inspiring quotes.
