Mitch Coleborn: party boy

Mitch Coleborn, 23, is facing six months in jail after allegedly exposing his genitals to a group of children and adults near Wickaninnish Elementary School, in Canada.

The Australian pro surfer from Queensland's Sunshine Coast was competing at the O'Neill Cold Water Classic, in Tofino. The incident occurred after a night party went out of control.

If convicted, Coleborn might be limited to world travels, especially in the USA, which means attending less surfing events.

He was released from custody on bail and will be remaining in the province of British Columbia, until appearing in Tofino's Provincial Court, on 1st November.

August 3, 2016, was a day that surfers should never forget. For the first time in its long history, surfing was confirmed in the Olympic Games.
