Zoltan Torkos: the magic surfer

Zoltan Torkos says he is the first surfer on Earth to have pulled two kickflips on a surfboard. Have you done it first? Do you know someone who has done it before?

If not, the Santa Cruz trickster has reasons to celebrate. The surfing kickflip is definitely not easy because you're working in a liquid surface. The kickflip is also known in the skateboarding world as "magic flip".

In this case, the surfer flicked his foot at an angle toward the nose of the surfboard, in order to make it flip 360 degrees along the board's axis. Watch the two kickflips by Zoltan Torkos.

Torkos did it in a backside wave and, despite having fallen, he didn't lose the wave and managed to stand up again. The two kick flips were performed on the 27th December 2010.

The surfer, also know as "The Magician", has Hungarian roots and certainly will pull new wonder tricks in the near future.
