Numb: great name for a surf book with endless barrels

"Numb" is a new coffee table surf photo book released by Tim Nunn, a British photographer.

Surfer Ian Battrick and photographer Tim Nunn have spent several months in some of the wildest places in the Northern Hemisphere. Surfing is in the center of a 200-page publication, with plenty of rich surf photography.

"Numb" is the result of six years of travel, searching, cold water surfing and adventure in one photographic travelogue. Ian and Tim have stories to tell, pictures to share.

"From dealing with bears in the wilderness of Canada to volcanic eruptions in Iceland, driving for days in Norway to surfing heavy slabs in Scotland, this book is a window into some of the less explored corners of the surfing world", explains Tim Nunn, a passionate photographer.

With over 200 pages and more than 400 breathtaking photos, "Numb" will definitely impress for its quality and collection of stories.

"It is a book designed to inspire you to break free of the confines of everyday life and have your own adventure. To get out and see the planet for the incredible place it is, whether that be for a weekend, a year or a lifetime", adds Nunn.

The hardback book has some unique tales from some of the world's remotest coastlines in Iceland, Norway, Canada and Scotland. In their way to redemption, Tim and Ian meet Timmy Turner, Chris Noble, Raph Bruhwiler, Eric Ramsey, Sepp Bruhwiler, Josh Mulcoy, Pete Devries, Noah Cohen, Toby Atkins, Ryan Turner and many more.
