For many pro surfers on Tour, it's the best stage of the season. The Fiji Pro 2015 will return to Cloudbreak and Restaurants, from June 7th-19th, in Tavarua.

Located in the heart of the South Pacific, the vibrant surf breaks of Tavarua are ready to challenge the world's best wave riders. Fiji will always be Fiji. Transparent waters and exciting swells.

The Fiji Pro 2015 has two world-class left-handers waiting for the international contingent of surfers. Cloudbreak breaks about a mile out from the island of Tavarua, offering deep barrels, fast-moving wave faces and occasional air sections. Alternatively, Restaurants is the perfect backup break.

Fiji's remote reef breaks returned to the Dream Tour selection in 2012. One year later, Kelly Slater surfed a Perfect 20 heat, and Glenn Hall broke his back.

Unfortunately, the Fiji Pro 2015 won't see Michel Bourez tackling the rollers. An injury in his hand and vertebra has not healed, and the Tahitian will be out of the game.

"The worst thing when you get injured is that you can't surf, and the waves are pumping for days! I did an MRI two days ago to see if the bone healed well since the surgery. It seems like nothing has changed, said the doctors. I can't do any physical training cause my back still hurts. The only thing that I can do is rest," revealed Bourez.

Alejo Muniz will replace Michel Bourez. Muniz finished one spot short of requalification at the end of last season and has been selected by the Commissioner's Office as World Surf League injury replacement No. 1. Dane Reynolds is the second wildcard.
