Billabong Cabo Blanco 2013: perfect barrels

Cristobal de Col has conquered the Billabong Cabo Blanco 2013 in the perfect peeling waves of Peru.

The local star defeated Carlos Mario Zapata in an exciting final heat under sunny skies and stunning barrels.

Zapata scored a Perfect 10 ride with two minutes to go, but it wouldn't be enough to excel with his friend.

De Col built his score in the early minutes of the heat with two incredible, deep barrels.

Fernando Fernandini, Germán Aguirre, Lucca Mesinas, and Magoo De La Rosa kept the following places in the South American surfing event rankings.

The Billabong Cabo Blanco Tuberiders had its debut in 2003.
