The Irish know how to party hard, and Shane Dorian witnessed the magical sounds of the local surf.

Alongside Benjamin Sanchis, the American daredevil explored the caves of Aileens and Rileys, in County Clare.

"My first wave in Ireland will be tough to forget. I paddled into the line-up and met all the local lads who had the place wired. A big double up appeared, and the fellas yelled at me to go. That one first wave made my whole trip more than worthwhile. That whole 'luck of the Irish' thing is no joke," expressed Dorian.

Waves are constantly breaking all over the world, and if you're on a surf trip or family vacations it's always good to know you can rent a surfboard anywhere there's a gem to be ridden.
