Nazaré keeps attracting new surfers to its majestic wave empire. On February 9th, 2016, Mick Corbett enjoyed one of the toughest sessions of the winter season.

The Australian is a well-known face at "The Right," so he knew what he had to do. Mick rode three waves. In two of them, he wiped out. "Black Naza," a video clip by Pedro Miranda, shows us how extreme conditions were.

"Not because of the size - it was huge, but we've seen bigger - but because things were a bit more out of control than usual: strong onshore winds, biggest waves closing out, the inside was impossible for the security team, etc." explains Miranda.
