River surfing is a growing outdoor activity.

We've seen many playful examples in the heart of large metropolitan areas, and deep inland, where mountains can't catch sight of the sea.

This time, Wade Goodall, Dylan Graves, Andrew Doheny, and a few more, traveled to the far distant Wyoming valleys to ride a fast (and dangerous) rapid on the Snake River.

And because searching is finding, the crew enjoyed their share of river waves.

The push through, or punch through technique allows surfers to get past a small broken wave and reach the lineup without having to duck dive or turtle roll.
