Coco Ho is one of the most talented female surfers on the planet.

Her fluid style and gracious moves inspire any surfer girl. However, in her mind, things have not always been smooth and natural.

"There are definitely moments where I hated the ocean. I hated surfing. I took being on Tour for granted. I was very distracted," reveals Coco Ho on her new documentary.

Coco grew up on the North Shore of Oahu in a family of surfers. Her father and brother surfed, so the young girl decided to pick up a surfboard at the age of seven.
