Cuba has around 150 passionate surfers.

Despite being relatively isolated from the so-called Western civilization, the local surfing community follows their instincts and gets the most out of the conditions available in the Caribbean.

Most of the Cuban surfers don't have access to surf magazines and surf videos or DVDs. And the government only supports Olympic sports.

Director Jacob Oster delivers an accurate portrait of the current Cuban surfing scene, showing how local riders keep the sport alive in the waves.
