Austin Hair: time to dinner, mate

The best amateur and professional wakeboarders and wakeskaters will travel to Mills Pond Park, in Fort Lauderdale, for the 2014 Rockstar WWA Wakeboard World Championships, between 11th-14th September.

More than 200 riders, ranging from seven to 55 years old, earn an invitation to the prestigious event by qualifying at their respective countries' national championships.

The 2014 event is expected to feature some the sport's biggest names including riders Austin Hair, Taylor McCullough, Trevor Hansen, Reed Hansen, Brad Teunissen, Cory Teunissen and Bec Gange.

Wakeboarders will launch huge airs and highly-technical tricks behind one of the industry's top wakeboarding boats, the Supra SA550, the event's official towboat.

The 2014 competition will feature more than 20 division categories, separated by age, gender, sport and skill level. The event is highlighted by its top two categories - the Pro Men and Pro Women's divisions.

The 2014 Rockstar WWA Wakeboard World Championships also serves as the final stop on this season's Wakeboard World Series and the King of Wake series.
