The full schedule for the 2018 Supra Boats Pro Wakeboard Tour (PWT) has been announced.

The longest-running professional wakeboarding tour will return to the best wake venues in the United States. The circuit will crown a new champion between April and August.

The 2018 PWT season will feature the country's best 16 wakeboarders in four state-of-the-art wake parks located in stunning locations, and towed behind the Supra Boats SA550.

Eight of them are the highest-ranked riders from 2017, and the other eight are reserved for the best performances at the opening qualifying event scheduled for April 13.

Defending champion Harley Clifford and Supra Boats team athletes Nic Rapa and Shota Tezuka are already prequalified. The selected venues were picked having into consideration places where fans could follow the action by boat or on land.

"In 2017, we witnessed wakeboarding at a level like never before. Our spectacular venue line-up features stops in wake sports hotbeds across the US, and each one provides top-notch conditions for the athletes, and amenities for the fans," Rick Tinker, president of Supra Boats.

In addition to the wakeboarding competition, the organization will once again run the wakesurfing tour, with Sean Silveira, Parker Payne, and Noah Flegel pre-qualified for the tour.
