Dominik Guehrs has taken out the Traditional Cable title at the 2015 Wake Park World Championships, at the Al Forsan International Sports, in the United Arab Emirates.

The competition attracted wakeboarders from all corners of the planet. Twenty riders have been crowned world champions across multiple divisions.

In the Pro Men's Traditional Cable category, Guehrs stormed the competition and impressed the crowd each time he landed a trick. In the final, he defeated Aaron Gunn by just a decimal point.

"It was so tough riding against all these guys. They all threw it down every round right before me, and I was so lucky to prevail and do what I needed to do for the victory. I am on Cloud 9 right now with becoming a world champion," expressed Dominik Guehrs.

On the women's side, Julia Rick landed a spectacular tail grabbed front-to-blind and tacked on several aggressive rail hits to claim the overall title. Maxine Sapulette finished second, and Courtney Angus took third.

The Pro Men's Features Only division, Aaron Gunn secured another world title by landing a massive truck driver heelside 720. Tom Fooshee gave his best and finished second; John Dreiling settled for third place.

And with an heelside backside 720 off the kicker, and an heelside backside 270 transfer, Julia Rick stole her second world title of the day.
