Twenty of the world's best wakeboarders will travel to Liverpool for the 2014 Red Bull Harbour Reach.

On the 30th August, James Windsor, Raphael Derome, Nick Davies, Nico Von Lerchenfiel, and many more riders will test the purpose-built wake course installed at Albert Dock.

Judges will be looking for agility, technical abilities, and huge tricks inspired by Liverpool's industrial heritage.

Wakeboarding legend Parks Bonifay will be judging the wakeboarders' performance, in front of more than 1000 spectators.

Prepare for super high jumps, and spectacular wipeouts. The Albert Dock, Britain's first structure to be built from cast iron, brick and stone, was opened in 1846. In May 1941, the place was bombed by German airplanes.
