That's Surf West: a film by Federico Infantino

There's a new action sports movie blending windsurfing and surfing.

After two years and a half of work, Italian windsurfer-filmmaker Federico Infantino and co-director Elisa Mariani are proud to release "That's Surf West."

They traveled thousands of miles to explore and document the sailing and surfing opportunities of Western Australia, as well as its exciting lifestyle, rich culture, and stunning natural beauty.

The 32-minute film captures some of world's best water sports performers in their natural environment, doing what they love most.

Watch the likes of Ben Severn, Dieter van der Eyke, Jaeger Stone, Scott McKercher, Timo Mullen, Philip Koster, and many WA pro surfers unleashing raw power and advanced skills in the winds and waves of the arid and wild territories.

"That's Surf West" visits multiple surf and windsurf spots in Gnaraloo, Geraldton, Margaret River, and Esperance. Infantino moved from Italy to Western Australia in 2013.

Finn McGill and Vahine Fierro claimed the 2017 World Surf League (WSL) World Junior Championship at Bombo Beach, New South Wales, Australia.
